Brooklyn Station sits adjacent to 220 Riverside on the heavily travelled Riverside Avenue. The Station features 58,000-square-feet of retail space.

UF Health Ocala

The 150,000-square-foot UF Health Ocala Neighborhood Hospital features 10 emergency department rooms, 10 inpatient rooms, a medical imaging center, and four surgical operating rooms.

Sawgrass Village

Sawgrass Village is a 140,220-square-feet shopping center in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The walkable community features award-winning restaurants, unique boutique shopping, art galleries, home décor, and service retailers

Palm Avenue

Located on Jacksonville’s Southbank is the locally governed, not-for-profit Baptist Medical Center, a campus featuring Baptist Internal and Family Medicine facilities, the Borowy Family Children’s Critical Care Tower, and the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Jaguars Stadium of the Future

The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Jaguars have come together to renovate the EverBank Stadium. With an investment of $1.4 Billion, this project is set to transform our downtown community, featuring enhanced capacity, state-of-the-art infrastructure, shaded seating, and much more.

Lakeline At Bartram Park

Located in Bartram Park, one of the fastest growing areas in Northeast Florida, Lakeline is a family and pet-friendly apartment community. . Our team was responsible for the permitting, design, surveying, and construction administration services for this project.
