Stadium Of The Future
The Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium of the Future is a transformational renovation of EverBank Stadium being delivered through a partnership between the City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Backed by a $1.4 billion investment, the project is reimagining the existing city-owned stadium to create a more sustainable, more comfortable, and more versatile venue for professional football, college football, concerts, and other major events. Construction is scheduled to be complete in August 2028.
Rather than replacing the stadium entirely, the redevelopment is designed to build on the existing structure while introducing major upgrades that improve the fan experience and modernize critical infrastructure. Plans for the project include a new protective canopy, wider concourses, improved vertical circulation, enhanced seating and premium areas, upgraded concessions and amenities, and significant evaluation and modernization of core building systems throughout the facility.
