The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for Taco Bell to open in Durbin Creek Crossing in St. Johns County.
England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer. Southeast QSR LLC is the applicant.
JEA also is reviewing a service availability request for Taco Bell to build there.
Ponte Vedra Beach-based Ferber Co. announced Aug. 9 that the Durbin Creek Crossing development off Race Track Road will gain more options, including Starbucks and Taco Bell.
