Dream Finders Homes is moving ahead with a 390-unit apartment complex near Jacksonville International Airport.
The Jacksonville-based developer is looking to construct 21 buildings, a clubhouse and a pool on 24 acres of land off Owen’s Road.
These multifamily units will be known as Exchange at Cedar Creek. It’s set to be located at 14105 Epply Drive, a road that doesn’t exist yet.
The $3.5 million property will be developed by Hathaway Development, an Atlanta-based company. The engineer for the project is Jacksonville-based England-Thims & Miller.
